Its never too late to make a change and I understand that everyone is an individual with unique needs and their own lifestyle. With that in mind i created my "12 Week Transformation Plan" which is a fully personalised 12 week online coaching program.
The program is split between 3 4 week diet and workout plans each built around your individual goals and circumstances. The plan has weekly checkins to make sure you are on track and to see if any amendments need to be made to keep you progressing as you should. Upon purchase you will receive a questionnaire via email which will ask you all the specifics I need to create your individual plan, the more information you give me on this the better.
